Yes, there is no monthly fee, no annual fee, and no closing fee. Any applicable rates, fees & charges will be transparent and published when we become open to public.

Yes, your investments will be funded directly from your Personal Account.

What security features do you use?What security features do you use
  • SMS codes are sent to the phone number indicated by you. This is the most convenient and a very secure way of authorising transactions in the Golden Sand Bank system.
  • The connection between your computer and the Bank's server is encrypted with the TLS protocol, as evidenced by the prefix https:// at the beginning of the Internet address (instead of the standard http, where "s" means "secure"). This ensures protection of your data against possible interception by third parties.
  • The certificate of the website is confirmed for Golden Sand Bank by DigiCert Inc. Therefore, you have a guarantee that the website you are signing on belongs to the institution for which the certificate has been issued.
  • Each transaction performed in the system is secured with modern technological solutions and requires authorization using a pre-determined PIN or using biometric methods (fingerprint, face).
How can you ensure the security of customer details? How can you ensure the security of customer details via the App
  • Make sure that the page address starts with "https" and not "http".
  • Check that the login page (in the address bar or at the bottom of the page) shows a locked lock icon. 
  • The latest browsers next to the address bar display information about the institution for which the certificate was issued. Double-click on the lock to check if the displayed certificate is valid and has been issued by DigiCert Inc. for Golden Sand Bank.
  • Check the validity of the certificate. To do this, click on the locked icon mentioned above.
  • We regularly update our transaction services and mobile applications.
  • Your connections with the Bank are encrypted.
  • Operations in the transaction service are confirmed with a one-time SMS code, which contains transaction details.         
  • Operations in the mobile application are confirmed with a special PIN. Transactions are subject to a transaction limit, which you can modify.
  • Card payment limits are up to you - you can modify them any way you like.

Golden Sand Bank monitors transactions 24/7. If additional confirmation of an operation is required, the bank tries to verify it with the customer by: 

  • Sending an SMS for card transactions (sender of "Golden Sand Bank"),
  • Contact Centre,
  • Contact with an employee of the Bank,
  • State-of-the-art of fraud detection systems,
  • Secure sign-on and automatic sign-off,
  • Extra checks when you set up a payment.

Golden Sand Bank mobile application enables logging into the system using biometrics - fingerprint or face recognition (for supported devices).

How will my complaint be resolved? How will my complaint be resolved

In order to improve our services, we carefully analyse and process every complaint that we receive. If the complaint is particularly complex, we may need to contact third parties to clarify the matter and obtain legal or operational advice. In some cases, this could take longer than 30 days. If it does, we will inform you about the delay.

We will respond to your complaint via email or telephone (in the manner chosen in a complaint form).

On request, we may also send our response via letter.

To resolve your problem and to respond to your complaint as fast as it is possible, please provide us with the information below:

a)  full name (last name and first name);

b)  date of birth;

c)  Personal Number;

d)  description of the complaint;

e)  telephone number and e-mail address for persons, who are not our Customers, or;

f)   contact address registered in a bank system including e-mail (telephone number will be used to respond to complaints)
